6300mm thin slewing bearing in parts

In August 2021, our company processed a segmented gear ring with an outer diameter of 6300mm for a domestic customer. The segmented gear ring with an outer diameter of 6300mm was inspected and accepted by the customer on site. The gear ring has a wall thickness of 60mm, a height of 65mm, a small gear module, and is a lightweight thin-walled product with great processing difficulty and long manufacturing cycle. This is the first time we process such a large diameter lightweight thin-walled split gear ring. Through the unremitting efforts of our technician, we finally delivered the perfect product to the customer.
