In February 2022, our company independently developed and manufactured a high-precision thin-walled four point contact ball bearing, model 1787/1995, with a ring wall thickness of 50mm and a height of 50mm. The customer requested a finished end face runout of 0.05mm, and the actual detection value was 0.03mm. This type of thin-walled rotary bearing is difficult to process and has a long manufacturing cycle. Through the joint efforts of all our technician, we have finally successfully met the various requirements of our customers.
