Huaxin Slewing Bearing established in 2006, we has been engaged in the manufacturing and processing of turntable bearings for 18 years. In June 2020, in order to expand production capacity, the company built a production line with an annual output diameter of over three meters for 200 sets of large turntable bearings in Luoxin Industrial Park, and established the new factory. In December 2020, the company relocated the old production line from Yingzhuang Industrial Park in the old urban area to Luoxin Industrial Park, achieving the merger of two production lines.

Our factory currently has 125 employees, including 25 technical personnel, 5 inspection person, 35 with a college degree or above, and 12 with a bachelor’s degree. The frontline workers are all technical workers with years of experience in processing turntable bearings, and their overall technical level is excellent. The company’s production line currently has two 1.6-meter vertical lathes and six vertical lathes over 3.5-meter, with a maximum processing diameter of 8.5 meters and the ability to process 300-8500mm turntable bearings. There are also five gear processing equipment, with a maximum processing diameter of 8 meters and a maximum module of 30. Three drilling equipment with a maximum machining diameter from 5 to 15 meters, with a maximum machining aperture of 80mm. Medium frequency quenching machine, with a maximum processing diameter of 7 meters, tempering furnace -, with a maximum processing diameter of 5.5 meters. Our factory has complete equipment and strong equipment capabilities. The company has the processing ability for 2000 sets of small and medium-sized rotary bearings below 2 meters and 300 sets of large rotary table bearings with a diameter of more than 2 meters. It also has the full process processing ability for intermediate frequency raceway quenching, drilling, gear hobbing, and turning of rotary table bearings.

Our company produces various types of single row four point contact ball turntable bearings, cross cylindrical roller turntable bearings, cross tapered roller turntable bearings, double row four point contact ball turntable bearings, double row differential diameter ball turntable bearings, three row cylindrical roller combination turntable bearings, ball column combination turntable bearings, as well as various non-standard gears and non-standard ring components, and carries out maintenance and remanufacturing services for the above types of bearings.

After upgrading and renovating the equipment in 2020, we began to carry out remanufacturing, maintenance, and new manufacturing of high-precision rotary bearings for shield tunneling machine main bearings, pipe assembly machine bearings, machine tool rotary gear rings, high-precision testing machines, friction welding, and other industries. We are also in rich experience on Surveying, Design and Customizing projects.
