Precision Turntable slewing bearing

In April 2022, our company manufactured a precision turntable bearing for a military industrial unit in Xi’an and passed customer’s inspection. The bearing has high accuracy requirements on gear, high accuracy requirements on rotation, and a bearing accuracy level of P5. The outer surface needs phosphating treatment. This is the first batch of 6 sample orders from the customer. After passing the installation experiment, the customer will place batch orders one after another.

In 2022, our company added one 1.6-meter vertical car and one horizontal car through technological transformation, and renovated the quenching machine. We also purchased a box type tempering furnace, which achieved full sizes coverage on turntable bearings. It can process various types of rotary bearings with diameters ranging from 200mm to 7000mm. In the future, our company will invest more effort in precision small-sized turntable bearings, striving to achieve outstanding cost-effectiveness advantages and high accuracy in large and small-sized turntable bearings with excellent quality, striving to provide excellent product service for customers in various industries.
